Lines and Angles
NCERT Ganita Prakash for Class 6, Chapter 2, Lines and Angles, opens with corners of rooms, edges of books, and rays of light. It defines points, line segments, lines, and rays, meets intersecting, parallel, and perpendicular lines in windows and grids, and classifies acute, right, obtuse, straight, and reflex angles. Paper folding makes perpendiculars and bisectors, and the protractor measures degrees. Children draw named figures, name angles in diagrams, and spot geometry inside classrooms and playgrounds.
