Surface Areas and Volumes
A tent stitched from cylinder and cone and a capsule shaped from cylinder and hemispheres combine familiar solids. You will add and subtract the measures of cubes, cuboids, cylinders, cones, spheres and hemispheres, convert between units of capacity, and study the frustum of a cone with its own formulae.
